Chris, a US Navy Veteran, entrepreneur, husband, and dad that brings over 20+ years of real estate sales and marketing expertise to AZ R&R. Specializing in property acquisitions and client relations, his strategic insight is instrumental in driving the growth and diversification of our portfolio. He loves spending time with his family, friends and is a golf and college sports fanatic.
Jay Warren

Jay moved to Arizona the summer of 1995 after graduating from Hampden Sydney College in Southern Virginia. Now considered a Tucson native, Jay loves spending his time with his two kids, Jack and Sydney, his wife Ashley, and playing golf in the comfortable Arizona climate.

Frank comes with 25+ years of experience in Real Estate, an entrepreneur dedicated to my family, faith, and uplifting others. He enjoys being active in the community, coaching youth sports, and spending time golfing, at the beach, fishing, and participating in all types of sports.
