Can I stay longer than a month?
- Yes, please! Did you know that if you book a stay of 30 nights or longer, you save on the sales and hotel taxes because your stay is considered a longer term stay? When a guest is booking February only and not extending a few more nights, the sales and hotel taxes must be charged so keep this in mind when booking the month of February on its own. You might as well come in January also!
What is something is not working or not as expected upon arrival in my rental?
- Please, please, please reach out to us immediately to give us a chance to correct anything not up to your expectations. We would appreciate a 5 star review and would hate to see you complete your stay upset that something was off without giving us the chance to address the situation and then have you go home and leave a bad review. We want you to book yearly or often with us and feel compelled to also send us referrals so help us help you!
What fees do you collect from renters?
- In addition to the basic rental rate, required taxes, pet fees (if allowed) pool heat fees (if applicable), cleaning and credit card fees, we also offer extra options for the guest like travel insurance and damage protection.
Can I extend my stay 1 or 2 nights?

Is there WIFI available and is there a cost?
- Yes, all of our vacation rentals are required to offer WIFI, and it is provided at no additional cost to you. Enjoy your stay with seamless internet access!
